How can I get my mom to another nursing home while we are waiting for Medicaid to be approved?

Hi Mother is on a vent and in the NH. She has gotten sicker and we would like to see about her going to a place were where they can wing her faster and hopefully take better care of her. How could I go about that we are waiting on Medicaid to be approved
