Incontinence supplies for medi-medi in CA?

I not long ago seen ad on TV for "no cost " incontinence supplies Mom's on medicare / medical and with Kaiser ,, I wanted to order her supplies and now can't find web site,, I did find one , but they do not supply Calif,,, anyone know the web site??? sure would be helpful. OH, I also had a few weeks back a voice mail about no cost life alert and Mom just had another bad fall,, at least one bad fall a year : ( poor Mom thank you for the help : )
