Live-in caregiver that works during the day what is the cost?

Are live-in caregivers hard to find? If they are given room and board, and can work during the day at another job, what do they typically charge?

Minimum wage plus overtime for all hours on duty. If there is not a night-time relief person, they are considered on duty. For example: 6pm to 7am (13 hours) x $8/hr= $116 a day x 30days= $3480 a month. What you deduct for room (330) and board (150) might get you to $3000 a month.
