Anyone know of places that donate hearing aids?

My grandma has had the same hearing aid for twenty years she said she cannot use the digital kind. It has got to the point she can hardly have a conversation. Was wondering if anyone has ever heard of any places that donate hearing aids. I am in a big city but grandma lives in rural area nine hours from me.
