Can the professional guardian kick me out of my dads home?

If he gives me any money I take care of him and the maintenance of his property. I moved from my home in kodiak to help wuth my dad since my brother never told me about the guardianship case with my dad and my dads attorney lost the case due to his lazyness and didnt believe me or my dad now my dad owes like 20,000 to attorney amd they said that because this case would have ended up in court anyways but not true if my brother would have told me three years prior when it all started i would have came then son thats just bull and they are threatening to kick me out.
