Where can I find resources caring for Dad?

I care for my dad (77) who is in the hospital having open heart surgery and my aunt (77) who is mentally disabled. I have two kids and a full time job. Where can I find a link to help and resources available? I'm having a difficult time keeping up with everything and getting everyone to doctor appointments and such. ~Feeling hopeless
