What apps are out there to help caregivers?

There are a number of them out there, I think it might come down to which one you prefer. I used Care Zone to keep track of all of my dad's medications. There is more to it than med tracking but I didn't need to use the other features. It's been a few years but I remember that it was very comprehensive and it would send me text messages when one of my dad's meds was getting low. Since I filled the pill box I would already be aware of this but it was a handy feature just the same.
