Does my Medicare part A/B cover any expense?

I'm not sure who you mean you need to speak with. You might discuss it with Social Security. It sounds like you got place on Disability and therefore are now covered by Medicare. Normally, it's Part A & B, unless your request otherwise. If you feel you need more help, I'd explore applying for Medicaid. That would cover what Medicare doesn't cover. You can also inquire from your doctors about the expenses that Medicare covers.
