Do I go through Medicaid or choose one myself?
I need to get home health services after mom got approved for Medicaid.

Your caseworker's name & phone number should be on the award letter. Get in touch with this person Monday if you can. Also ask about MLTC agencies in Brooklyn, do research, pick the best one.
