When filling out the Medicaid application do they consider me paying for my mother's living expenses as income?
If you pay living expenses for your mother of $3500/month.

Find out if your payments to her creditors are considered gifts to her under your state's Medicaid law. Or just stop paying them.

no. income is what she gets in pension, ss and payouts from investments. not what you gift to her.
