How to talk an Alzheimer/dementia patient into depends?

I agree with freqflyer. I suppose it depends on the level of their dementia, but, trying to convince is not likely to work. Just replace all the panties with Depends and call them new underwear or better underwear, never diapers. And if she ask, say the doctor says they will help her if she uses them for a while.

Best thing to do is to remove all of the regular underwear and replace them with Depend type pull ups. Majority of people won't go commando, so they will use them.
