Which state is better to move my dad, IL or WI? Also is there a residency wait for nursing care?
My dad living in fla since 1993 or move his to IL or Wisc. Thank you

Better in what sense? Every state has excellent facilities and sub par ones.
Usually one important factor is where family members could visit often.
