Why is mom's new nursing home saying that her insurance would not cover the cost of a med car to take her to audiologist?

Mom needs to go to audiologist from nursing home. Her prior nursing home took care of this and it was billed to Medicaid and we did not have to pay. Nursing home is in Highwood Illinois. They told us that we would have to pick up cost of med car to take her to audiologist. Her Prior nursing home took care of this and it was billed to Medicaid and we did not have to pay. Dont understand why new nursing home says that her insurance would not cover this. My mom is on Medicaid and she has other insurance that we pay for through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois
