Help! Grandma is sick, and I'm out of options. What should I do?

I'm the caregiver for my 91 year old grandmother, and all of today she has been complaining about being constantly cold, a bad stomach ache, and now she is throwing up, nauseated, dizzy, a sore throat, and complaining about her legs feeling weird. As I quote "They don't feel like my legs". She is on her second round of antibiotics for a UTI, but the sore throat and legs just came on after she woke up from her nap. The rest has been going on for a couple days now, with the always cold starting last night. Is there anything I can do to help her? She is refusing to go to the hospital, and I really have no way of getting her there. What should I do?

Call an ambulance to get her to the ER. You don't need to take her when they discharge her, she probably needs more than you taking care of her.

Get her to the ER. The abdominal pain and cold can be a symptom of sepsis, systemwide infection that is very serious.
