We are hiring home caregivers for both parents.
When applying for EIN do both parents names need to be listed as "business name."

This is what I did. I asked the bank to tell me which of my parents were listed as "primary" on the checking account...since that is th account the payments would be made from. In my case, it was Dad. So I listed his name for the EIN.
Had no issue with that at all.
