Who can I contact to get advice and help when my brother, who is in a memory center, does not get his meds on time?

The facility does not order his meds on time and he has bad set backs. He has gone without prescribed meds for a week at a time! Not one time but at least 3 times in a six months period!!! Even after we met with the staff and thought the problem was taken care of it happened several other times. Thank you for your immediate response...this facility is located in the state of Georgia
