If my friend has Medicaid, what program do I pick in order to receive financial assistance?

I don't understand why you would pick a program. If your friend has Medicaid medical, then, why wouldn't she go to the health care provider that she wants, as long as they accept Medicaid, and seek their services? Do you work at such a place?  I would think that the facility is in charge of filing the claims.....Maybe, I don't understand what you are asking.
