If a lawyer signs a document, in front of witnesses, does it need to be notarized?

Her lawyer says his signature overrides the need for a notary. Is this true? Some credit card companies are saying this still needed to be motorized. I' m tired if spending money foolishly

Everytime my Attorney signed a legal document which also needed my signature, the witnesses signed it, along with the Notary.
