How can I find out if a live-in girlfriend has power of attorney for my uncle?

renniece, the only way to find out is to ask your Uncle if his memory is ok, or his girlfriend. Just say you hope that Uncle has a Power of Attorney in case someone needs to help him with his medical and financial decisions.
