Where to find caregiver burnout counseling that don't charge?

If you aren't on Medicare there are therapist who accept payment on a sliding scale based on your income.

Are you old enough for Medicare? Why I asked is that my counseling is being paid by Medicare. But not all therapists or counselors take Medicare, so there's a lot of legwork involved or you can ask your primary doctor if he/she has a list.
