When APS asks for finanical records as to what was paid through someone's account, do you submit the statements and receipts?

So I'm trying to work on collecting the statements and receipts for the past few months as I am currently being investigated for alleged financial abuse. I was wondering if an excel spreadsheet is generally made or does one give the statements and receipts?

I would think all of the above; statements and receipts, & spreadsheets. I would bring everything I had. The spreadsheet is too unofficial; anyone can make a spreadsheet to suit their needs- statements and receipts are more factual.
