How do I find a good elder abuse attorney?

How do I find a good elder abuse attorney for my mother? She was in a nursing facility and had no skin break down when she entered. She then obtained an inhouse stage 4 pressure ulcer. Then became septic and had to be hospitalized and two surgeries for debriedement. I am her medical POA and was not notified of this pressure ulcer. The facility called me to say they thought she was having an MI. Still no mention of the open stage 4. When she got to the hospital, they found a baseball size mass on her thigh which was never reported to me. Then my 86 year old mom had to have surgery again to remove the cancerous mass. One year later and she is still recovering from all this. She never returned to that facility.
