Sister pays home owners policy on Mom's home. Does she get to keep the money since she paid for it?
Moms home was vandalized after death.

How was it vandalized. If repairs needed then money should be used for repairs. If not replacing stolen items then sister could deduct the policies she paid. The reminder should go to Mom's estate.
