My wife has Alzheimer's and wears Always briefs, but are there better choices?

Most of the incontinence briefs we have tried seem to fit kind of loose, and it seems to make it more difficult to pull up somewhat snug jeans and the like. Okay I know, she should be wearing loose fitting garments. Anyway, are there briefs that are a little smoother and fit a little closer. This is kind of a dumb questions I guess, because I know the briefs we have been buying are meant to fit a range of sizes, so they are purposely stretchy. I just thought I would see if anyone had any comments to make.

Tena brand. They have a patented locked wicking panel that is very low profile even when"full". Tena has both liners & panties. They will be more expensive than Always though.

As an aside on them, they are so good that they are the go-to fix for wardrobe to place into undies routinely for actors & for crew on film & TV shoots. Once your dressed out & shooting, you really don't want folks needing potty breaks.

Johnny, I am moving your post back to the front page. Hopefully someone with information on this can help :)
