If it's just 2 bottles of beer maybe it's interacting with a med ur on. If it's hard liquor or wine I agree it's a hangover. But if u have done this for a while and this Is something new go to a Dr.
I echo Jeanne's question. If your mother has mobility problems, I would think that it's not very safe to hold, support, or guide her if you've had something alcoholic to drink.
And as Hugemom writes, alcohol affects your body, in ways that you often won't see for several years.
I don't think 2 bottles a week is a lot, but it still will affect you. Have you thought about trying to gradually switch to something helpful?
You don't say what you're drinking 2 bottles of, but if it's hard liquor or wine, you're hungover the next day. Your body is trying to recover from the effects of the alcohol. The alcohol impacts everything from your stomach to your heart, liver and kidneys and dehydrates your body. Your body shuts down until the after effects of the alcohol are gone.
