Where can I find a volunteer senior advocate for my disabled mom?

My mom is moving to Dandridge, TN and the movers are coming later this week to unload her things. We have had nothing but trouble with the moving company. Of course, I will be there with my mom when they come, but I hoping to find someone who is willing to be there with us as a helpful presence...another set of eyes. I live here in Knoxville. Please advise. Thank you.
