I moved my father in with me to take care of him. He now thinks he needs to go back home and refuses to listen. How do I deal with this?

He can no longer live alone due to health issues and financial issues. I love 7 hours away from his home and he keeps trying to call bus stations to get home. He had 3 strokes and can't move around well. It has also affected his thinking. Is there anything I can do to keep him here if it comes to that?
