cab i pressed charges from another state for elderly abused physical mentally and financial
and was put in nursing home

You cannot personally press charges against someone. You can call the Adult Protective Services of your mother's county and have them start an investigation. Only a governmental agency with standing in a person's jurisdiction can bring charges.
