What is your question? Where is your loved one located? What kind of unit are you looking for? A lot of pricing is based on your location and what kind of unit you seek, and budget, of course. It's a wide range.
My MIL is now living in an IL unit in San Marcos, CA. Two bedrooms, $4,900 a month. It's quite nice, and a good price considering the amenities/location, but it's still considered expensive by most people's standards. Breakfast and one other meal of her choice are included, as is transportation to medical appointments and shopping. I have a caregiver come to her three days a week, at an extra cost, since my MIL mostly refuses to go to the dining room or use the shopping shuttle, as well as refuses to go to assisted living.
