58-year-old female I work part time at a low wage! For now my husband and I make too much for me to qualify for Medicaid, he's on SSD I need insurance! Have applied but turned down because together we make just over the limit..can't afford ACA..would a divorce fix this problem? Help! It may be our only way.

You both don't have to get the same insurance.
Call HICAP, which stands for Health Insurance Counseling Advocacy Program.
My advice, is file a timely appeal, always, when the government is trying to take hard won benefits away from you. This will give you some time to get help. And congratulations for trying to work yourself out of the low income hole by being employed.
In the meantime, gather your receipts, with particular attention being given to 'unreimbursed medical expenses', and work related expenses for anything that costs extra to have your husband work, such as a job coach, special transportation, tools to be able to help him at work, classes, etc. Some of these expenses can maybe be counted to offset the income, allowing you to qualify upon appeal.
