How can I get personalized caregiving advice?

Oliveoil, we need more information. What are your Mom medical issues? Is she unable to let anyone know she needs her Depends changed? Who is the primary caregiver? Or is Mom living in a facility?  Has a doctor recommend meds to help her with the diarrhea?  It could be food related, such a some elders can no longer digest milk without complications.

Mom needs a caregiver who will change her underwear.
