Can I get payed for taking care of my mom?

I feed her, give my mom a bath, dress her, think for her, crying right now my mother took care of me when when I was a baby.

Pam, the vast majority of grown children do not get paid for being a caregiver for a parent... unless the parent can pay you from their own savings account. If your Mom can do that, then you would need to draw up an employment contract.

Or if Mom can qualify for Medicaid, check to see if your State has any program to help pay you.... note that the pay would be minimal. Now Medicaid does pay for all of Mom's care if she is moved to a nursing home, which may or may not be a choice you want for your Mom. Be careful not to get caregiving burnout. If something happens to you, are there other family members who can step in to help?

Yes, your Mom did take loving care for you when you were a baby, but I bet she didn't get paid a salary for doing all of that hard work... [sigh]
