WA State Dept of Social and Health Services, Home and Community Services section. You can do an online application and then be evaluated for the care needed and financial eligibility for a state paid caretaker. Happens all the time.

Whoa--my son lives in Bonney Lake, WA! The Medicaid system in WA is really huge and I bet through that you can find care. I would look up "health care for Medicare patients" and go from there. Or call the Agency on Aging.
I do not know the steps you have to take, but you have to qualify for Medicaid, so get the process going sooner rather than later.
