How much of a year end tip should I put in the "kitty" to be shared by all the workers?

Daily or weekly tipping is not allowed, therefore the year end tip is to cover all the services received in the 365 day year.

Need more info. I will assume u mean a nursing facility employees. If not allowed tips during the year, why would they allow during a holiday?
