The course was excellent; I still have the manuals and refer to them periodically, especially when I'm stumped.

This is a sometimes overused term, but the exercise we did really required us to think creatively, and challenged us to find alternative solutions. That creates a foundation that helps work around or through a lot of challenging caregiving situations.
