She is in moderate stage, but pretty "with it." Every time I walk in the door it is not hello it's do this or you need to do that in a very mean voice. My dad also has dementia and I am the care giver. I live with them. I am about to throw my hands up and just leave them on their own. I am the POA and have no help. They don't have enough money to hire help, but make too much to receive benefits. Any suggestions is great.

You need to invest some of your parents' funds in a consultation with a CERTIFIED eldercare attorney who understands Medicaid law. Too much income can be taken care of with a Miller Trust; too many assets requires a spenddown on their care.
I’ve been advised to check out a Miller Trust to qualify for benefits. You may want to google it. You need help and it’s time to get on the Internet to see if you can find any.
