Taking care of elderly parent at home. Can't leave her alone, therefore I can't work. Any compensation?

It's a burden for her to support me 100%. I have lived in Montana for 33 years and I had to return home to my birthplace to take care of my 88 year-old mother who has hoarded over the last 50 years she has an acre of property with many out buildings that is just run down and full to the ceilings we have one vehicle I borrow a pickup truck once in awhile but it's just me taking care of it there's trees that need trimmed I'm trying to make this a safe place for her to live so she can stay here as long as possible however I am a financial burden for her to pay for everything for me as well but she cannot be left alone for very long and I was just wondering if there was any way of getting compensated as a informal caregiver I am also at a nurse but I am on vacation until something happens to her I'm an only child I have no help. currently the local Home Health agency is coming once a week which helps me tremendously because I'm busy cleaning sorting painting repairing improving the property all by myself and so I don't have to worry too much about her medication other than to make her take it. I do all the shopping all the driving everything my cousin is helping right now her bills because she stopped paying her bills and I didn't know my head is buried in the sand here trying to improve this property to make it safe so she could stay here the time and effort put into this place prevents me from getting a job I cannot leave her if I leave her she does what she wants she does not follow instructions and you know sometimes she's she's falling outside and luckily the neighbors have stopped and helped her up. I have never not worked since I was 14 years old never now I have not worked for two-and-a-half years because her sister talked me into coming down here because I didn't know how bad it was and I have been investigated twice now in the last two and a half years for fiduciary abuse of an elderly person and I've been cleared both times and I believe it's because people that live here didn't live here they don't know me they don't know what's going on no one steps foot in this house not even family so no one really knows what goes on. I do believe it's burdensome on her finances to have me here doing this however it's not fiduciary abuse I do everything and I mean everything plus things I shouldn't have to do like clearing out all the hoarding but that's what I have to do in order to make this place safe no insurance company will insure property because of the she got a $3,000 loan a few months ago and the handyman the local preacher didn't finish the job and I'm doing it so there's a lot of things I'm doing that I've never done that's taking a while to to do some of the locals at her church have helped her car died they bought her a new car I still have the same problem she still making the same payment to the bank for the guy that didn't finish the job and I take responsibility for that because I should have asked him if he had a license and had Insurance because I'm also making repairs that he caused sorry I feel like I'm rambling I didn't plan on getting diabetes while I was here I was only supposed to be here 2 months it's two and a half years later I can't get a job because I have to be here full time I just wondering what if any compensation that I might qualify for we can do lieap. I do not qualify for food stamps I do not have dependent children they are all grown I have recurring incurring medical bills because of my diabetes and she has to pay for my medicine I do get my insulin for free through the pharmaceutical company I have already stopped taking a couple of my medications that I figure I can live without for now. her house is paid off when my dad passed away in 1983 there was some sort of insurance he had that paid the house off if something happened to him. I have a friend who has two friends that just recently started getting paid to take care of their family at home so my basic question after all this rambling is it can I qualify for something like that and what steps do I have to take or what can I get in terms of relief financially. thank you for the taking the time to read this and any help or information you could shoot back my way is greatly greatly appreciated if you need pictures of any kind of proof or whatever cuz I know there's been a lot of fraud in the past for this kind of thing but I can back up and prove everything I said thank you very much for your time.
