I received a call from APS stating I was under investigation for elder abuse. What should my next step be?

I have an outstanding bill at the VA home my grand father. I have his wife at home with me and using money to take care if her. They are asking what did you do with all his money take care of his wife so they want 6 months of bank statements which I furnished. What should my next step be?
