How do I make Mom's magazine subscriptions stop?

The mags are coming in different languages now... there are so many I can stack them to the ceiling. Mom has early stage dementia and still lives alone, she has a smart phone and opens every email and does every survey which they then attach a magazine subscription. I just recently stopped publishers clearing house whom she owes 500.00 to, they say the magazine's are not from them... HELP!!
