If my Dad goes into Assisted Living and is rude and uncooperative, how easily can they ask him to leave?

Your father will be evaluated by the facility prior to admission. They may not accept him if he is rude and uncooperative during the interview.
Why is he rude and uncooperative? Is this a lifelong problem? Is he depressed? Is that being treated?
