Is there a local grief support group in the local area?

There are many resources in the community and through church. I tried one through church called Grief Share, but I know not everyone had a positive experience. Another option is MeetUp group. I hope you can find the right support group for you.

A Church in your area may have one. Usually everyone is invited.

Guienivere, if you live in the States, your best bet is to call your county agency on aging, to see if they have a list of grief support groups.
