Please call her primary or neurologist. I think a Hospice evaluation may be a good idea but you need a doctor's order. Hospice will determine if she is unable to eat or drink. This may be her final days. Hospice will keep her comfortable.
Can she feed herself? This may be her only way of “rebellion” in a life that has gone out of control for her. Does she like the food? Does it look and smell good? Did she choke on it once and now she’s afraid she will choke again? Does she communicate at all with you or anyone else? Is she at home or in a facility?
