My husband is a veteran of the Vietnam era. He has emphysema stage 4 and is 73. What assistance can he receive to relocate to senior housing?

I think you lost some of your posting. You need to contact your local VA office and see what he is entitled to. There is something called Aid and Attendance he may qualify for.
