Does Florida have a CDPAP program which pays a family member for caring for another relative?

Or can I use my HHA certificate to work for my mom?
I currently live in NY and get paid 9 hours a day taking care of my mom, she has dementia and as a result of a stroke now she is in a wheelchair.
