My mom has Alzheimer’s and lives in a rural area in Puerto Rico. Are there any subsidized services that I can research for her?

My mom is 87 years old. My sister had to stop working to stay with her after hurricane Maria because her Alzheimer’s seems to have gotten worse. She doesn’t want to leave her house and I’m paying for groceries and other expenses. I don’t have unlimited resources and I live in NY. Please point me to any local services that we can look into for either home care, cooking, etc. that we can check into for her to stay home without breaking the bank. Thanks.
