My mom is in hospice, they want to move her to a nursing home but she can't walk. Any advice?

Are you living in mom's home? How long have you been her caregiver?

There are exemptions for recovery of the home as payment for Medicaid if a spouse or, if an adult child lives there and is disabled or if s/he has been caregiving to the extent that it has kept the elder out of NH care for several years.
