My husband has PK and dementia, he has been doing a lot of humming/groaning noises lately. Is this "normal"?

OMG. My husband does that ALL the time. I’ve asked him if he is in pain, why he’s grunting, etc. He doesn’t have either PK or dementia. His mother did that as well, so I think with him, it’s genetic. It’s possible, with his dementia that he’s hearing music or having conversations in his world. I’m sure your husband doesn’t even know he’s doing it, but I know it’s annoying.
