Could a 77 yo still be on Medicaid? If so, why/how?

You can receive both medicare and medicaid if you meet the income requirements

Medicaid covers nursing home costs for people who can't afford them. They could be 67 or 103. There are other Medicaid programs that help provide in-home care, pay for adult day care, etc.
