I have been at the COP court 2 years trying to get my dad home. What can I do?

Statement's have been written that are all lies from the local authority. They have ridiculed me since the start and belittle me constantly and also the care home manager and staff. Now I have to travel almost six hours for a two hour visit in which my dads health is suffering. What can I do??
