My mother's husband wants a divorce. Where can I find a good lawyer?

Yes, she may not be competent to understand what is going on. If her husband wants the divorce why are You getting a Lawyer? He has his own, right? Make sure he files first. Then you can come back with ur lawyer if you need one. Your state may not allow him to divorce her. It's important that he files first. It will have a lot to do with what she gets.

She isn’t her self not sure if she’s confused because he never told her she couldn’t come home from the skill center. But other than bleeding in the brain, COPD, Lung Cancer stage 4 BUT inRemission..and a Feeding tube do to chemo. She’s foggy she’s not 100% mom. I'm sorry to hear about your mother's divorce. I know you want to protect her and ensure everything is handled properly. I would Google divorce lawyers in Arizona. One site avvo even gives ratings. Talk to friends, family, neighbors and colleagues and they might have recommendations as well.

Mid, need more information. Does either one of the parents have memory issues? If yes, then a divorce can be quite complicated. Are there any other care issues?
